eVTOL Lilium Jet can soon be outside your doorstep

Another electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft, or eVTOL aircraft, is about to take off.

German startup Lilium has submitted its means of compliance (MoC) proposals to the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).    This step eventually leads to the assessment of the aircraft’s airworthiness according to industry standards.    The compact aircraft will run at a speed of 175 mph, with a range of 155 miles, ideal for short-range air travel.

This revolutionary aircraft can be configured for passengers or cargo, making it useful for commercial delivery services and emergency relief situations.    Its vertical take-off and landing capabilities would come in handy.
