Vast, a space startup, has revealed the final design of Haven-1, which it claims will be the world’s first commercial space station.
Scheduled for a possible launch in August 2025 via SpaceX’s Falcon 9, Haven-1 features state-of-the-art facilities for research, astronaut comfort, and accessibility. The station will include a domed window for Earth views, luxury sleeping arrangements, and fitness facilities. While prices haven’t been disclosed, similar trips to space cost around $55 million.
