Data from 412,000 adults reveals women gain greater heart health benefits from exercise, needing less effort for the same results. Women can exercise less frequently yet receive more significant heart gains, highlighting the efficiency of their workouts. Men typically require more exercise for similar benefits. 

The study suggests women achieve maximal survival benefits with lesser workout durations compared to men, encouraging women to prioritize regular physical activity for long-term health benefits.
